AT&T Towers is a dedicated team of AT&T Mobility employees with wireless experience in site acquisition, leasing, development of cellular/PCS networks, sales & marketing, finance and accounting. We are a combined effort through the merger of AT&T Mobility and Cingular Wireless, to focus full-time resources on leasing space on AT&T owned towers.
The AT&T Towers department includes: Director level support, a Marketing Team, Sales Team, Operations Team and Project Management/Processing Team. The Sales Team’s role is to promote AT&T’s portfolio of towers as an attractive leasing option, provide regional support to identify and address carrier needs, identify and implement process improvements and carrier negotiations. The Marketing Team is responsible for the creation of marketing initiatives supporting the sublease of space, including printed advertising and trade shows. The Operations Team project manages the daily business processes and controls to operationally support the inbound co-location business. This includes outsourced vendor management and data integrity projects. AT&T Towers partners with an outsourced vendor who project manages the co-location process from application through commencement, NTP and close-out.
